Third Sovereign Debt Management Forum
October, 2006
On October 23-25, 2006, the World Bank Treasury hosted the Sovereign Debt Management Forum in Washington, DC, as part of it’s capacity building and outreach program for IBRD and other borrowers with market access. The Forum built on the considerable developments that took place in public debt management in developing and emerging market countries in recent years, as well as improved access to markets.
